THE AEGEAN MARTINI
AMMOS Vodka 70ml
Dry Vermouth 5ml
Add both to a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir for 30 seconds and strain into a frozen Martini Glass. Garnish with a lemon peel or a black olive.

Add several large ice cubes to a rocks glass, pour AMMOS vodka and garnish with an Olive, Lemon or sprig of Thyme
